Dr Brigid Erikitola MBBS, FWACS, FMCOphth, Fellow Medical Retina (Aravind)
Consultant Ophthalmologist and Eye Surgeon, graduate of medicine from University of Benin. She studied at Tennents Institute of Ophthalmology, Glasgow, UK and obtained further post graduate training at Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Lagos.
She is a fellow of West African College of Surgeons (FWACS) and National Postgraduate Medical College in Ophthalmology (FMCOphth). Certified training in Micro Eye Surgery at National Eye Centre, a WHO collaboration centre. Also, she had certified training in Phacoemulsification (Phaco) at Joseph Eye Hospital, India and Mahatme Eye Hospital Nagpur and Aravind Eye Hospital. She had a further postgraduate training in Medical Retina at the renowned WHO centre for prevention of blindness; Aravind Eye Hospital, Coimbatore. She held the post as consultant Ophthalmologist at Lagos State University Teaching Hospital between 1997 and 2004 and Director of Blindness Prevention Program in Lagos state 2004/06. She is an International member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and Alumnus of Lagos Business School.
She is currently the Medical Director of Cathem Eye Hospital, with specialty in cataract and glaucoma surgeries and keen interest in vitreoretinal diseases and medical retina. She is certified in Glaucoma Drainage Devices ( GDD) Implants.
She is married with children.
Dr. A. N.Iwuora LRCPI, LRCSI, FMCOphth, FWACS
Ophthalmic Surgeon and graduate of medicine from The Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. She is a fellow of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria (FMCophth) and a fellow of the West African College of Surgeons(FWACS).
She has extensive working experience in Nigeria and within the sub region as a Consultant Ophthalmologist and Trainer in the Regional Ophthalmic Training Programme based in the Gambia. She is specially interested in clinical and public health ophthalmology.
Dr A. N. Iwuora is married with children.
Dr Olorundare Olayemi; MB, BS; FMCOphth
Dr Olorundare, a Consultant Ophthalmologist obtained his medical degree from the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Ilorin, Kwara state, Nigeria. He commenced his Training in Ophthalmology in March 2009 at Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex, Ile-Ife, Osun state and completed his residency in November 2014 obtaining the Fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College in Ophthalmology (FMCOphth) He is a member of the Ophthalmological Society of Nigeria. He enjoys reading and listening to music.
Imafidon Esther Obehi
Esther received a HND in biochemistry from the Federal Polytechnic,Auchi, Edo State-Nigeria. She’s also a certified member of the international strategic management institute (ISMI) NY. She’s fluent in English.
